No Renewal Fees

Our fees to let your property are 'one-off'. This means that should you be fortunate enough that your tenant stays beyond the initial fixed term of the tenancy agreement, no additional fee will be payable to R Whitley & Co apart from our charge for the preparation of a new tenancy agreement. Confident of our Ability to Perform

We’re so confident that we’ll perform that, unlike other agents, we don’t tie you into a lengthy sole agency contract for weeks on end. All we ask for is 14 days written notice at any time if you wish to go elsewhere. But we don’t think you’ll want to!
