How We Market Your Property To Let

Quality Property Lettings Particulars

Our lettings particulars are designed to show your investment at its best with engaging descriptions communicating all the key information and selling features combined with good quality photography.

The Power of the Web

Web based marketing is a key tool in the marketing of your property and is well known in the local area as a destination for all the latest lettings instructions. Not only does it look great, it has advanced functionality and has been fine tuned to ensure your property gets noticed by all the right people. What’s more, when you list your property with R Whitley & Co it will also be advertised on top property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

Lettings Boards

Our boards have changed a great deal since 1938 but our latest version is even more eye catching, designed to attract tenants.

Office Window Displays

Our backlit window displays at our prominently located office in West Drayton show your property off at its best, both day and night.

Internal Self-Service Displays

Our internal displays allow applicants visiting our office to browse all available properties at their leisure and take away lettings particulars of properties of interest.

Accompanied Viewings

We strongly recommend that one of our lettings team accompany all viewings to provide a professional touch. Our staff will be able to communicate your property’s selling points and get an honest impression of the applicant’s initial feedback.

No Saturday Staff

We don’t employ Saturday staff which means viewings of your property are only ever conducted (on the busiest viewing day of the week) by our experienced full-time lettings staff who know your property.

What happens when we receive an offer

"We had a great experience working with R Whitley to sell our flat. They were knowledgeable about the area, not pushy, personable, polite and realistic about the market at all times. They were also available when needed and competitively priced. We were very lucky to be in their good hands. They work on a shared commission basis, so there's no internal competition shown to the customer. They are all willing to muck in, when necessary"
