 Point of Contact

We become your tenant's sole point of contact, meaning that we handle all day-to-day matters on your behalf and only approach you for instructions on significant matters and then action them on your behalf.

 Legal Compliance

We ensure that your property is compliant with current and new legislation including gas safety, electrical safety and deposit registration. We will also serve all relevant statutory notices at the end of the tenancy if required.

 Rent Collection

We collect the rent, provide monthly detailed statements of income and expenditure and pay the proceeds into your bank account.


We visit the property during the tenancy to conduct routine inspections to make sure the tenants are looking after and maintaining it satisfactorily.


Over the years we have built up a comprehensive panel of tradesmen who possess all the necessary skills required to repair and maintain the property before and during a tenancy. As we always act in your best interests we never accept any form of referral commissions for repair works to ensure that you are always getting best tradesman at the best price.

 Tenancy Renewals

We deal with tenancy renewals (when the tenant wishes to extend their tenancy) including advice on the rent and serving notice at the end of the tenancy.
