Rich Whitley - Partner & Head of Residential Sales
Rich, grandson of the founder, joined R Whitley & Co in 2004 and has learnt the business from the ground up. With 14 years of experience under his belt, he is a Partner and heads up our successful Residential Sales Department. Rich spends his days utilising his extensive local market knowledge to provide realistic, market-led valuations for clients. He also hosts our totally unique Property Video Tours branded ‘Whitley’s Walkabouts’ which are produced in house by his brother Jonny Whitley.
Chris Whitley BSc (Hons) MRICS - Partner & Head of Property Management
Chris, grandson of the founder, is a Chartered Surveyor and has been part of the team at R Whitley & Co since 1994. Born and bred in West Drayton, he is a Partner and the head of our sizeable Residential and Commercial Property Management Department overseeing the management of our clients most important investments. As a Chartered Surveyor, Chris also carries out professional work on behalf of clients, including commercial rent reviews.
Jonny Whitley BSc (Hons) MNAEA - Associate - Head of Marketing & Social Media
Jonny has a great eye for detail and a passion for all things creative which are attributes vital for his role. He is in charge of our social media presence and for producing professional grade photography for our clients. He is also the innovator behind our Property Video Tours we have branded ‘Whitley’s Walkabouts'. Jonny shoots and edits the footage in-house which enables us to offer a totally unique and personal marketing service many other agents simply wouldn’t be able to even attempt. Jonny is a licenced member of the National Association of Estate Agents having passed his National Federation of Property Professional examinations in 2015.
Alex Wookey MARLA - Associate & Residential Property Manager
Alex joined R Whitley & Co in 2006 and is an Associate and key member of our property management team. His conscientious and friendly nature is ideally suited to his role which includes liaising with landlords and tenants over a diverse range of property maintenance and management issues. Alex is a licenced member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents having passed his National Federation of Property Professional examinations in 2015.
Marc Gunton BEng MNAEA - Sales Manager
Marc joined R Whitley & Co in 2014 and has a broad background in estate agency having previously worked for another independent firm of estate agents in Iver. Marc was promoted to Sales Manager in 2019 and is Rich’s right hand man. His tenacity, enthusiasm and commitment reflect the countless brilliant reviews left by his clients over the years.
Mark Groves - Sales Consultant
Mark returned to R Whitley & Co in 2018 as a Sales Consultant in our residential sales department, having spent a couple of years gaining experience elsewhere including another estate agency in Greenford. Mark has slotted straight back into doing what he does best – matching properties with buyers and negotiating sales. His calm and friendly nature make Mark the ideal man for the job!
Mary-Joy Kendall - Residential Lettings Consultant
Mary-Joy joined R Whitley & Co in 2019 as a residential lettings consultant having previously worked for another firm of estate agents in Chalfont St Peter. Mary-Joy spends her days valuing properties to let, conducting viewings with prospective tenants and handling tenants applications to rent.
Mark Newbold - Lettings Consultant
Mark joined R Whitley & Co in 2015 from a background in residential property management for a private landlord. Mark spends his days dealing with enquiries, qualifying prospective tenants, conducting viewings and negotiating lettings. His friendly and calm approach are ideally suited to this fast paced role.
Gyan Singh - Residential Property Management
Gyan Joined R Whitley & Co in 2014 from a background in residential property management for private landlords. He now diligently assists Chris and Alex in the day-to-day running of this department including routine property inspections and processing tenancy renewal documentation.
Paul Whitley FNAEA MARLA - Managing Partner
Paul, son of the founder, has built up an enviable level of experience in the local property market over a 40 year career at R Whitley & Co. He has been at the helm of our family business for almost half of his career and has an unfaltering determination to deliver professional customer service and do the absolute best for his clients. Paul is the office oracle – if you’re unsure about anything property related then he almost certainly will know the answer.
Liz Brown - Sales & Lettings Administrator
Liz is a highly organised and a valued member of our team, not only assisting the Managing Partner with his working day but helping the lettings department with the processing of the vital referencing and tenancy documentation. Liz also helps out with the large amount of administration involved in the running of the busy residential sales department.
Suzanne Jelly - Office Administrator
Suzanne joined R Whitley & Co over 12 years ago and assists Stephen Whitley in the day to day running of the commercial sales and lettings department. Suzanne is both conscientious and thorough and always gets the job done on time!
